80 Days in Someone Else's Life – Board Game on Structural Inequality (Activist Toolkit)
A collaborative board game that makes structural inequalities tangible. Teams build a collective character with randomly assigned traits — nationality, gender, socioeconomic background — and experience firsthand how structural disadvantages shape their progress through the game.
Ecofeminism & Extractivism – Body, Land and Shared Chains of Oppression (Living Utopia)
An interactive session exploring the connections between social and environmental oppression rooted in heteropatriarchal, capitalist and colonial extractivism. Combining open dialogue, collective reading of ecofeminist texts, and a small hands-on lab to reconnect with the bridge between body and nature.
Beyond Boycott – Building Alternative Economies (Activist Toolkit)
How can we build alternative economies and avoid being part of the war economy — in our work and everyday lives? An open discussion exploring concrete strategies that go beyond boycott.

A prefigurative workshop exploring three core challenges of collective food distribution: accessibility, participation and governance, and product selection. Participants develop shared visions and concrete approaches together.
HowTo Building Transition – Simulation Game for a Just Construction Sector (Activist Toolkit)
In this interactive simulation game, interdisciplinary teams develop concrete strategies for a sustainable transformation of the construction sector. Key questions: what skills are needed? Who needs to collaborate? And what levers can we use as a society, businesses, or individuals?
Information Security for Activists (Activist Toolkit)
How can activists use digital security tools to keep information safe and organise effectively without putting themselves or others at risk? The workshop opens with collective threat modelling exercises and closes with practical guidance on messaging apps, browsers, file sharing, and more. No technical knowledge required.
